Men’s Ministry – Marksmen
The mission of Marksmen is to minister to the men at CLC as well as the surrounding community by training and equipping them in the Christian faith to make them disciples of Jesus Christ, to seek to bring men closer together to help them develop a deeper relationship with God, the family, and fellow Christian men by offering a weekly Bible Study, and special events/activities throughout the year.
Weekly Bible Study
Every Tuesday morning from 6-7am in Room 510 (Door 1). The group is studying in the Book of Judges. Join them on Tuesdays for a dynamic, interactive Bible Study. Donuts and coffee are provided, as well as lively discussion and great fellowship.
On Wednesdays (room 409), a study by Dr. Robert Lewis, called "The Quest for Authentic Manood," will be held in Rooms 110-111 at 7:20 pm This study provides a place for men to come together and strengthen each other through weekly sessions that combine Biblical teaching and small group interaction. They will focus on primary issues that shape a man's life, explore in-depth the Biblical concept of manhood and provide building blocks for any man to use to construct for himself a nobler, more satisfying manhood. Men's Breakfasts - December 6
Come join us for the exciting Men’s Breakfast on Dec. 6. In line with our God Size Vision for CLC, we will be eating at one of our partnership churches, Fuentes de Aqua Viva, 1500 Huffman Avenue, at 8:30 am. The men will meet at 8 am at CLC, Door 3, and travel to Fuentes de Aqua Viva. Cost is only $5 for a hot meal. Register on-line or at an Info Center.
